Program Specialization
Ph.D. program in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology is a joint effort of the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. The program has study plans for both applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree and applicants who hold a master’s degree in any related fields of study. The program provides several courses in biology, mathematics, and computer science for students to gain important knowledge to carry out their research in bioinformatics and computational biology. - In the semester not registering for 2028601 Seminar in Computational Biology I or 2028602 Seminar in Computational Biology II, 2028894 Doctoral Dissertation Seminar must be taken every semester until graduation without taking credit and with the S/U grading system except when doing research abroad, the student may not register for seminar.
